Blanc was created here in San Francisco 25 years ago by Arthur Blanc. Blanc is now one of the most recognized French cuisines in the world. Hard work and the love of French delicacies is what made Blanc what it is now. Arthur died 5 years ago and has been replaced by his son - Arthur II. Blanc is famous for its fine beef bourguignon, lobster, and Steak Tartare.
